Local History

Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners was founded in 1995 by Connie Farmer Ray.  In 2020, the brand and business name were updated, and is now Coldwell Banker Access Realty. We have built our local brand on integrity and an unwavering devotion to the ethical practice of real estate.  With 11 offices spanning Beaufort and Bluffton, SC, Middle Georgia including Macon, Warner Robins, and Milledgeville; Coastal Savannah, Pooler, and Richmond Hill, and the Golden Isles of St. Simons, Brunswick, and Kingsland, you will enjoy the area’s largest geographic footprint of opportunity.
