If you’re looking to buy a home, three decades as a Savannah business owner and real estate investor allow me to whittle “too much information” down to “the right information” for you.
If you’re selling, you deserve the best marketing available. The Coldwell Banker brand and systems are the best in the business. We use the latest internet tools, syndication strategies, and relocation networks to attract buyers to your property. Add to that my decades as a business owner and my old school, pound-the-pavement work ethic, you have the recipe for success.
As a boy I was taught, “When you want something, you have to earn it”. I’ll be working the network I’ve been building for thirty years to get the word out about your property. Let’s put a plan together and get it done. I want to earn your business.
I am originally from the Atlanta area. After attending Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, my wife and I decided Savannah had the opportunities and quality of life we preferred. We’ve been here ever since. With our three children grown and out of the house (fingers crossed), my wife and I are enjoying our new found freedoms.
I am one of those “from the womb” entrepreneurial types. My first job was the “Cart Boy” at Big Canoe in North Georgia at the tender age of 12 – still one of the best jobs I’ve had! I learned early on when you treat people right, they appreciate it.
My first business, Sher-Shine Car Polishing, was started while in college at GSU. Over the next 25 years, with the help of my wife and many other talented people, that business grew into an asphalt paving and site work company called Apex. At its peak, I had 25 employees and over $5 million in revenues. When the construction boom ended, I shifted to real estate investing. My fascination and passion with buying and selling houses finally led me to become a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners. They treat people right.
As an instrument rated pilot who once flew solo to all corners of the United States, I can say for certain that without the guidance of others, my trip would have been disastrous. I was in charge of my plane, but I relied on the air traffic controllers, the national weather service and my up to date charts to safely get to my destination.
Whether you are buying or selling your property, you are in charge. Let me help you reach your destination.
