Paul-Neal specializes in residential home sales in Savannah and its surrounding communities in Chatham County as well as all of Effingham & Bryan Counties. In his first 12 months serving the Greater Savannah Area as a Realtor, Paul-Neal has already gained a wide array of skills in helping clients navigate a Job Relocation, Retirees realize their dream of a life of leisure, the Probate process as it relates to selling a home as an asset of the Estate and Sellers moving up to a new home locally or relocating to a new area. In those same 12 months, Paul-Neal has produced $1.75 Million in Sales Volume and is excited to go to bat for you and represent your best interest throughout your Real Estate transaction. As a competitive golfer collegiately at the Division I level, he knows what hard work, dedication and determination truly mean. He has been able to take the experiences of playing in the NCAA Tournament and many top amateur golf events throughout the US and apply them not only to his work as a Realtor, but to life in general. 

Paul-Neal is energized by serving others. You’ll frequently find him in the Savannah community helping to clean up a property purchased by the Historic Savannah Foundation, or selling raffle tickets at a fundraiser for the Savannah Tree Foundation. He, his wife and teacup chihuahua are residents of Ardsley Park and he also serves on the Board of the Ardsley Park / Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association as the Secretary. His involvement with the board of APCCNA has not only allowed him to serve the neighborhood and its residents, but it’s also been a valuable asset to his clients looking to move to the area as he is constantly staying up-to-date on current issues and information.

It doesn’t take long after meeting Paul-Neal to figure out that he genuinely loves to help people. As he often says, his main goal is to serve and help others and selling a home is simply the result of that.

I have heard so many people talk about the process of buying a house, and I have heard things like \u201Cwe had the best realtor,\u201D yet they go on to describe a chaotic roller-coaster ride. I think that some of these home-buyers suffer amnesia once they close, and they only remember that they ended up with the thing they wanted in the first place: the house.
Paul-Neal truly empowered our decision making in a variety of ways. For one, he made creative suggestions based on our needs. He shows a breadth of knowledge and can break down even those fastidious details and hoops one might be faced with jumping through so that even one as myself can understand. I always felt confident in whatever decision I was making, thanks to him.
He never came off as \u201Cpushy,\u201D because he clarified timelines as we progressed, and he was always careful to explain imperative matters and deadlines.
He is an empathetic realtor, as well as an excellent communicator. He truly reminds his client that the homebuyer is in the driver’s seat, so to say. Even when a tough decision might arise and the homebuyer might experience the pressures of buying a house, Paul-Neal never made me feel like I should decide one way or another.
All that to say, yes, we DID buy a house and we DID have \u201Cthe best realtor,\u201D and his name is Paul-Neal Sansom. If I planned to buy another house anytime in the future, then I wouldn’t consider anyone other than Paul-Neal, and I will only refer others to him. Working with him was informative as it was easy—and working with him was VERY easy.

I had many problems with other realtors in the south. Being from the West Coast I expected a fast-paced hard negotiation experience with options to pick from and a local agent who could make decisions in my absence with my full confidence. Until I had met Paul, all my experience had been nothing but garbage real estate agents in the south. If you're from the south I don't mean to belittle your way of life but it had been pretty frustrating. Paul met and exceeded all of my expectations with enthusiasm and polite advice-giving. And he was not shy in answering some of my more delicate questions. This guy's are Rockstar you can trust.

Paul-Neal is a stellar realtor. In his wisdom, he conveyed our offer to the seller, conditioned with stipulations which served us favorably through closing. At our request, he recommended a lender and an inspector, each thoroughly professional and accessible. Those individuals are experts at what they do, and were always promptly responsive, as was Paul-Neal, from early morning to late at night. We became a very strong team. When due diligence issues arose, Paul-Neal took on the mantle of representing us as he spoke to city inspectors and the seller's several agents, timely providing back to us reliable information necessary to make important decisions through closing. At all times, Paul-Neal made us feel like the purchase of the home we wanted was his top priority. His service was nothing less than incredible!
